1. Returns
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final.
Please ensure you check:

– Product descriptions
– Images
before completing your purchase.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
– Order not delivered due to issues at our end.
– Wrong item received (e.g., incorrect product, size, or color).
– Damaged product received (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video and clear images).
To request a refund in eligible cases:
– Email us at lncomfortwears@gmail.com / info@lncomfortwears.com within 24 hours of delivery.
– Include your order number, issue description, and photos/videos.– Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
3. Exchanges
Only damaged product received (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video and clear images) is eligible for exchange. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
4. Important Notes
– No refunds for products wrongly ordered by the customer (e.g., wrong size or color selection).
– No refund for items damaged due to customer mishandling.
– Refunds will not be given for COD orders unless the product qualifies under eligible cases.
